2. Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. However, if something goes wrong, we will always do our best to help.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must:

- A short, unedited video of the complete unboxing (from the moment you begin opening the parcel until the item is fully revealed).
- The video must be continuous and not trimmed, paused, or edited in any way.
- Clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or missing product.
⚠️ Important: These proofs are mandatory for us to verify the issue and file a claim with our courier partners. Without them, we cannot issue a replacement or refund.
3. Store Credit

In rare cases, if a refund is not possible, we may issue store credit.
